Totally not been good this week so ashamed of myself!! Only got 7 weeks till holiday really wanna get as much as possible off. I really need to search for low syn pasta ready meals to take to work with me as I find I go off plan due to being at college all day then rushin to work so will weigh n start fresh tomorrow n try and be more prepared!
Weigh in - +1lb, my damage limitation worked as what I consumed that weekend I was sure to have a 4lb gain!! Anyways fresh start and 4 weeks to holiday!!!
