Hey all thought I would start a food diary just to keep myself on track. Feel free to have a nose and comment if you wish! 
Monday 21st Feb
Breakfast - 30g porridge oats 1.5pts, 1/4 pint ss milk 1pt, mixed frozen berries 2pts, sweetener. 4.5pts.
Lunch - homemade soup 1pt, banana 1.5pts, 2.5pts
Dinner - homemade soup 2pts, 1x slice nimble bread 0.5pts

Snacks - fruit throughout the day - 3pts, ice cream 5pts.
8pts
Water - 2.5 litres
17.5/18 points.
