I started it today as I get weight on Saturday
hope it will help someone i will post it every day for the next 7 days lets all have a great weight loss this week as I need one

healthy extra A 250ml of semi skimmed milk

healthy extra 42g weetbix crunchy bran

Breakfast 42g weetbix crunchy bran & Irish yoghurt , strawberries

Lunch batchelors chicken rice, steak & salad , banana,Jelly
asda fat free greek yoghurt

Dinner cassoulet from the slimming world mag it lovely

syns jelly 1/2 , 28g honey nut cornflakes 5 1/2 , Fred frog 5
and 2 for greek yought as i dont know the syns i got it today
altogether 13 syns used
