Hi got weighed Thursday lost 0.5lbs it's coming off really slow but have lost 4.5lbs now since Jan!!!

Breakfast
1 slice brown bread,scraping off honey 1/2 syn and sliced banana, cup of coffee.

Mid morning raspberries, fat free yoghurt.
Hi Fi Bar 3 syns

Lunch
1 slice brown bread,bacon,mushrooms and egg fried in fri lite and a squirt of brown sauce 2syns, Cup of coffee and Kalo organic rice cracker with chocolate (don't know the syn value of these they are new to me but taste lovely)

Dinner
Left over tortilla wrap with sw chicken fajita with salad
Glass of wine 6 syns

Treadmill 25mins
