My food diary

Hi all, hoping I'm doing this right
My name is Julie and I'm 35 years old. Been going to slimming world now for a couple of weeks, had a stone to lose. I was getting deflated as I was only losing 1/2 lb week. I lost 3 1/2 lb on Thursday and was over the moon to get my half stone award and slimmer of the week, but I really wasn't well last week and thinking this s why I lost so much weight and maybe I will put it back on now I am eating tidy again.
I thought I would put a food diary on here to see if you all can help me.

Friday healthy extras
375 ml skimmed milk
2 pieces of whole meal bread

2 sandwiches ham and lettuce no butter
Bag of velvet crunch (4)

Apple
Orange

Galmon ham, sw chips lettuce
Biscuit (2)

Hot chocolate (2)
Pink and white (2)

Saturday

Healthy extra
375 ml milk
2 whole meal bread

Toast, egg, bacon, beans

45 mins walk
45 mins swimming

Sw healthy bar (3)
2 plums
Apple

Chicken, boiled potatoes, lettuce, pickles
Meringue (1) ww yogurt

Hot chocolate (2)
Velvet crunch (4)
Orange
Grapes

Hope someone out there can maybe put me on track as I don't feel like I get much from class.
P.s. started today with my exercise plan

Im also new, and losing the same amount of weight as you, I have also only been losing 1 to 2lbs a week, which to be honest I think is quite good considering we dont want to lose too much weight. The bigger you are the more weight you lose every week, so unfortunatley its slow but consistent.

They say slow but steady wins the race! so lets hope so :D

Hi Sarah, they do say the longer it takes to lose the longer it stays off, I will just be a bit gutted if I put it back on this week. Is this diary more or less the same as yours

Just posted my diary under Newbie if you want to take a look, I dont normally have as little syns as I have posted, I have just been extra good today after eating out last night and huge dinner tonight! But yes it is similiar to what i normally eat, the only thing i dont do is drink milk as i dont like it but i try to eat a babybel light so that i get the dairy in there somewhere :D
 
I drink loads of tea so need my milk for that, although I have started drinking green tea, your doing well don't understand why I am only losing 1/2 lb
 
Maybe now you have started with your exercise plan you might find that some more weight comes off, the way i see it is any loss is a loss and therefore your going in the right direction, patience is the key (i have to admit during my first 2 weeks i had no patience what so ever so i understand that its hard)
 
Yeah that's right, gonna go for another walk tomorrow and might starting using the gym to. Determined to lose the last 6 1/2 lb to reach my target 9 stone.xx
