I did SW before and never kept a food diary and wish I had!! I was doing so well, until I had 2 m/c's and piled the weight back on due to stress.
I am back on it again and DETERMINED to keep a food diary!! So here they are so far!! (I will try to post every day as this gives you guys some ideas too!!)
Yesterday -
Breakfast: No breakfast as I was up, ready and to the supermarket early!
Lunch: Two jacket potatoes with beans and 30g cheddar cheese, ready cooked grilled chicken (frozen from Iceland).
Dinner: Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with SW chips, salad and Fat Free salad dressing (Kraft Fat Free French Dressing).
Snacks: Fruit and wafer thin chicken.
Syns: 2 biscuits (around 2.5 syns each)
