Hya everyone,
Ive decided to post my food diaries online. I find it helps me stick to the plan more plus its easier to keep track I have done SW before and lost a stone but the problem is my partner eats junk all the time (So its very tempting for me) and it doesnt effect him in any way. he does not put weight on whereas I on the other hand only have to look at a chocolate bar and Ive put on the pounds. So here it goes.
08th July.
Breakfast: Frozen blueberrys with natural yoghurt and 35g Granola HEB
Snack Mid Morning: 1 apple 1 bannana
Lunch:Homemade mexican ( chopped peppers,onion,courgette, tin chopped toms and passata with plenty tabasco sauce and dried crushed chillies)- Mullerlight for desert.
Dinner: SW wedges baked beans and fried eggs ( Cooked with Fry light) Desert- Melon balls and strawberrys
My HEA is Skimmed milk 375ml that I measure in a morning and take with me to work and use this in my tea and coffee
