Well it's Sunday night and I'm starting EE again tomorrow, last time was 3 years ago. Haven't been shopping so gonna have to muddle through with what I have in the house, wish me luck!!!
 
Day 1

Breakfast: All bran (hex b) + 80ml ish whole milk (3 syn) + 1/2 sugar (1/2 syn) + apple

Lunch: Jacket potato with half can baked beans and 20g 30% less fat cheese (1/2 hea) and side salad with 1tbsp 60% less fat salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner: gammon, egg, boiled rice, large bowl of grapes, stawb and raspberries to start.

Syns: 5 so far

Drinks: Sugar free squash , 4 cups tea with skim (rest of hea)

Exercise 35 minute jog/walk

Day 2

Breakfast

Muller light and an alpen light bar (1/2 HEB) and an apple

Lunch

Salad with 1tbsp EL salad cream (1syn) and a jacket potato with 1/2 tin of beans

Dinner

Roast chicken beast, roast new potatoes, carrots, cauli, peas and broccoli with 2 tsp bisto granules gravy (2syn)

Snacks Alpen light (1/2 HEB) 4 x mint matchmakers (4)

Drinks Several teas with milk (HEA), SF squash

Syns 7

Countdown for week 105 -5 - 7 = 93 remaining

Day 3

Breakfast:

grapes, raspeberries, strawberries

Lunch:

Ham sandwich (HEB) with 20g lighter cheddar (3 sins) 2 tsp reduced fat sunflower spread (2 syn) and 1 tsp sweet chilli (1 syn) with salad and an apple

Drinks:

tea and milk (HEA) and SF squash

Syns = 6

Total sin count - 93 - 6 = 87
