Hi
I have pondering all afternoon about whether to start posting a food diary on here. I keep a personal food diary but wanted something that would make me think more about what I was eating knowing that I would have to post it on here! The main reason I was unsure about posting a diary is because I'm such a fussy eater and hate people knowing the extent of my eating habits. I have suffered from food phobias since childhood and whilst it's not as bad as it was, it still isn't what people class as normal! I eat no fruit at all and very litle veg and live mainly on pasta, potatoes and cheese! I hate people knowing how fussy I am as I always get told that it's not healthy (I know this!) and asked what on earth I live on!
So me then - I live in Cornwall by the sea with my boyfriend and terrier pup. Plenty of beach walks but also pasties and ice cream! I knew I needed to lose weight when I had to buy size 20 trousers for work a few years ago. This, along with my best friend's wedding looming, made me take myself off to WW - I managed to lose 2.5stone and since that time have mostly kept it off. I still would live to lose more though, and with my wedding been 9 weeks away you would think that this would be my incentive to get my bum into gear - but no! For the last year I have faffed around going from SW to WW in an atempt to lose more weight. This has resulted in me gaining and losing the same few pounds. Both plans work, I know that but what I need to do is pick one and stick at it. Hopping between the two isn't going to get me anywhere in the long run. So I have 9 weeks ton get my head into gear, stick to SW and feel fab about myself at the wedding!
Thank you for reading x
