My journey following old SW plan (3 1/2 stone left to lose)

Started back on slimming world following the old plan (will be doing mostly green days) on 18th August, so weigh in day will be on a sunday.

I have 3 and half stone to lose (49lbs) and I am giving myself a year to get to target (less than a lb a week).

First Weigh-in: 13st 4lbs
Week 1: 13st 2lbs (-2lbs) 47lbs left to lose

Started my journey a little later than planned due to being unable to stick to plan thanks to TOTM. But I am still sticking to my weigh-in day, so this week only contains 2 days worth of food diary.


Food Diary Week 1
Friday 23/08/24

HEA: 250ml SS Milk
HEA: 250ml SS Milk
HEB: Hi-fi bar x2
HEB: 2 Weetabix
Syns: 0

Coffee, sweetener.
Jacket potato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion and baked beans.
SW chips, 2 fried eggs and baked beans.

Saturday 24/08/24
HEA: 250ml SS Milk
HEA: 250ML SS Milk
HEB: Hi-fi bar x2
HEB: 2 Weetabix
Syns: 0

Coffee, sweetener.
Apple.
Spaghetti bolognese: Wholemeal pasta, onion, peas, green beans, carrots, Sweetcorn, chopped plum tomatoes, passata, quorn mince.
Sw chips, 2fried eggs and baked beans.

Weigh-in day today.
I was only on plan for 2days last week and still managed a 2lb loss this week. Very happy with that.

Chilli (used left over bolognese sauce) rice (wholegrain), onions, peas, green beans, carrots, sweetcorn, chopped plum tomatoes, passata, quorn mince, spices.
Scrambled eggs (3), onions and baked beans.
