Hi everyone, I've been faffing around on every diet I can think of the last 2 years. I previously lost a lot of weight but put it all back on. I am going to be starting a fresh as off tomorrow even though my weigh in is Thursday, a extra day wont hurt!

My plan for the next few days

12/6/13 - GREENDAY
Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast (B) with lurpak lightest (4 syns)
Lunch - thai mug shot 0.5 syns, ryvita minis (B)
Dinner - haddock (4 syns) and veg with cheese (A)
Snacks - milk (A) for hot drinks

Total 8.5 syns

13/6/13 - GREENDAY
Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast (B) with lurpak lightest (4syns)
Lunch - chicken & herb low fat supernoodles with ryvita minis (B)
Dinner - 2 meatfree burgers(2syns) cheese on top (A) with cheese& broccoli pasta and veg
Snacks - milk (A) for hot drinks

Total 6 syns

14/6/13 - extra easy
Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast (B) with lurpak lightest (4 syns)
Lunch - thai mugshot (0.5 syns) velvet crunch (4syns)
Dinner - salmon with veg
Snacks - milk (A) for hot drinks

Total 4 syns
 
Not much food there - I would be hungry on that. How about having some fruit snacks?
