My target weight is 8.7st, I hope to reach this goal within the next 2 1/2 months. After reaching my target will my journey to the extreme really kick in. No I am not talking about starving myself, I plan to reduce my body fat to around 15%. I'm not planning on going to extreme body building mode, I am after a result similar to the pic posted (ignore the other pics, it's just the 15% I'm interested in). This is more like an experiment to see what it will take for me to get like or near that result. I like a challenge, and this is the ultimate challenge for me. I will update on here when I can, probably to moan about something. If you have any tips or advice for me feel free to post. No negative comments please or I will have to open a can of 'whoop ass' on you
