Hey all,

I started S/W on 14th March, my first weigh in was last week. I was dubious about it working as I was very surprised with all the foods you can eat! S/W proved me wrong, as my first weigh in, I lost 8.5lb! Hpw surprised was I! Well its weigh in day tomorrow, I havent done too bad this week, done more exercise than normal, and only had 1 thing naughty...

I am a keen baker and made some peanut butter cupcakes with choc frosting topped with a reeces peanut butter cup, meant to be for the OH and his mates but I ended up eating 3 of them...! I try not to have many syns, so counted them as my weekly amount! Will be back tomorrow for an update xx
 
Well, I went to weigh in on Thursday, and I have put on 1lb! Im not going to beat myself up about it, I know I shouldn't have had them cupcakes, im looking at it that I had lost 8.5lb last week, so 1lb isnt to bad. It could have been worse! Another reason for the gain (I think anyway) was because I had skipped breakfast all week, due to being at work.. I have set my alarm 15 mins earlier than normal so I get up and HAVE breakfast! We will see if that makes any difference!

Im not going to WI this week as I am in London for the day, so I have to be REALLY good for the next 2 weeks. I had my treat yesterday, we was out to celebrate a friends birthday, so of course, many V&DC was drunk...! Back on track from now though... x
