So I have done about a million diaries on all different sections of minimins but this will be my last and final diary.
I am starting cambridge in Saturday and have found a lovely consultant who does home visits which is so much easier for me as I needed a weekend appointment as I have two jobs at the moment an work from 8am till 10pm, one if the reasons that diets don't tend to work for me!
I have tried cambridge before, although I use the term "try" loosely as my head wasn't in the right place at all and I didn't really try at all, infact, I didn't make it through even one day!
I need to loose weight as we have been trying for a baby for 5 years with no success and we need ivf, but like do many others, I need my bmi below 30 before they will even consider me.
I also want to do this for myself as I am often quite depressed, I want to go shopping and buy things I like, rather than things that fit. I want to fit in without thinking people are talking about me, I want to be able to eat out without worrying people ate checking what I'm eating, the list goes on! I also want to do it for my husband, e is so supportive of me yet I let him down every time I fail at this.
So this is me and I will not stop this diary until I have completed my journey. In the words of dual dynamics (my new inspiration!) NO EXCUSES.
So my aim is 24 weeks - 6 stone, taking me to September/October
