Seeing as i have been off track these past few days, i decided to set myself a new challenge .. my birthday is on the 5th sept, so to keep me motavated i have decided a new challange is needed
... i have 5 weeks to try and lose 1 stone, or the closest i can get to it, if i can do it,then that would bring me to nearly loseing 5 stone since sept last year,i really need to do this, before i start slipping backwards .. so here is day 1 .. fingers crossed i can do it
