So this is my very first post hopefully of many ....
I am Emma, 25 years old and 13st11.5lb.
I started Slimming world on the 27th February and I feel like I am getting on well, losing 8lb so far in 3 weeks. I am using this to keep in control of my syns and to look back on my progress. Feel free to comment if I get something wrong or have any tips

Todays Food is as Follows:
Breakfast:
Frozen Raspberries (S)
Strawberry Muller Light (F)
Snack:
2 cups of coffee (Some of my HEA)
1 Rocky Road HiFi Bar (1/2 of my HEB)
Lunch:
Jacket Potato (F)
Smoked Salmon (F)
Beetroot (F)
Tomatoes (S)
Cucumber (S)
5 x Laughing Cow Mini Cravings (2 1/2 syns)
Snack:
1 cup of coffee (Some of my HEA)
Dinner:
3 x Quorn Sausages (3 syns)
Tinned tomatoes (S)
Mushrooms (S)
Spinach (S)
2 x Eggs (F)
Snack:
1 cup of coffee (Some of my HEA)
1 Chocolate Orange HiFi Bar (1/2 of my HEB)
Total Syns: 5 1/2
