Slimming World Food Diary- EE Day:

Breakfast: Mixed Fresh Fruit with Banana and Custard Muller Light


Lunch: Boiled Eggs and 1x slice of wholemeal bread (HexB)

Snack: 1 Banana


NYE Tea: Indian Restaurant
Lamb Rogan Josh (6.5syns) and Pilau Rice (2.5syns)


HexA: 375ml Skimmed Milk for Earl Grey Tea :D

Day 2

Slimming World Food Diary 1/1/12- Red Day:

Brunch: Green Grapes with Banana and Custard Muller Light

Snack: 1 Banana

Tea: Chicken Breast, Small Sausages wrapped in Bacon, Carrotts, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Root Mash (1/2 pckt 7.5syns), 50g of Stuffing Mix (4syns), Bisto Chicken Gravy as made up (2syns)

Drinks: (HexA) 375ml Skimmed Milk for Earl Grey Tea :D and water.

Total Syns: 13.5 :eek:

Day 3

2/1/2012- Green Day

Breakfast: Mixed Berries & Banana and Custard Muller Light

Lunch: 70g of cooked Chicken Breast and Root Mash (1/2 pckt 3syns). Mini Salad: Rocket, Red Pepper, Cucumber and Tomatoes (wierd combo with rootmash I know! :D)

Snack: Banana

Tea: Whole Wheat Pasta, 42g Cathedral Light Cheddar (HexA), 1/2 jar of Lloyd Grossman Tomato and Garlic Pasta Sauce (8 syns) :cool:


HexA: 375ml Skimmed Milk for Earl Grey Tea :party0048:

Supper: 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt with fruit

Total Syns: 11 :eek:
Exercise: Cleaning for 3hours!!

Breakfast: Grapes, Banana and 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt


Lunch: Ham & Salad: Rocket, Red Pepper, Cucumber and Tomatoes, 42g Cathedral Light Cheddar (HexA) and 1/2 tbsp Lighter than Light Mayo (0.5syns)


Snack: 2 Chocolate Orange Segments (5syns)


Tea: Steak, Water chesnut and bamboo stirfry, mushrooms, Baked Beans (x2 HexB)

Supper: Grapes and 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

Drinks
Bottled Water and Earl Grey Tea using375ml Skimmed Milk (HexA) :party0048:

Tea: 70g Cooked Chicken (HexB), Carrots, Cauliflower, Sprouts and Broccoli. Aunt Bessies Roast Potatoes (2.5 syns), Yorkshire Pud (2.5syns), Bisto Gravy (2syns)

Supper: Grapes and 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

Lunch: Mixed salad and Tuna Fish (HexB) Mayonnaise Dressing (3 syns)


Snack: 1x Choc Hob Nob (4.5 syns) :mad: with cuppa Earl Grey tea: 100ml Semi Skimmed Milk (1.5syns)


Tea: Lots of Broccoli and Cauliflower coated in 60g Cheddar Cheese (2x HexA) and mixed salad.
