I am in my mid 60's and a veteran yo yo dieter. I start a diet, fall off the wagon, gain weight, go back on a diet etc etc. Anyway! Today I take control. I have been advised because of my age
sigh
and because I fall off the wagon so easily to set myself reachable targets and not go at it bull at a gate. SO... much as I would like to go sole support, I'm being sensible and listening to those who know me and are also having good steady results on STW. Whatever happens I'm staying on this 'regime' (the word diet has failure written all over it for me) until Christmas. I have set my sights on 28 pounds (2 stones) will be happy to get 20 off and feel such a sense of achievement to still be on it at Christmas.
I'm having shakes for breakfast and lunch a meal at night and a shake at bedtime. Anytime I feel peckish I will have a shake instead of something naughty.
