Just had an amazing lunch of quorn chilli with Jalaponos and nachos.

I counted the nachos sad i know at 12....does anyone have a rough idea how many syns?? i took off all the cheese n didn't touch the sour cream. Im expecting a lot so don't be afraid to make Me cry lol xx

it may just be worth googling small pack of doritos and working out the 20 cals = 1 syn...

when i read that the first time i read it as you had allowed yourself 12 syns for them! blonde moment sorry!!! i wouldn't imagine it would be many syns

i had an off day yesterday cos I fancied chips with my gammon steak when i went to table table for lunch, so to top it off i had a box of dark choc mikados after dinner too!! lol

Haha. Ive had 2 lager shandys n a mini fudge. Don't feel bad either as i know ill be good rest of time xx
