I love nandos!! I usually have a butterfly chicken 3.5 syns and a spicy rice side 2.5 syns and corn on the cob which is free. I know I should choose salad for superfree but their salad is rubbish!! Pre packed stuff. I usually have either plain or lemon and herb marinade and sometimes have a tbsp worth of the lemon and herb sauce.
Also the frozen yogurt dessert is low syn, its fat free!! Think it has sugar in so count a syn per refil, it worked for me! Oh and refillable drinks there are great too they have diet coke and coke zero
