No sugar, it's the worse thing you can have, all carb, and empty calories, not one bit of goodness in there. Even though the carb count is low & you may well get away with it, I would say you're better off having the chicken without the sauce, it's a good habit to adopt as nearly all shop-bought sauces have sugars and all sorts in them that we just don't need. You can always use one of your packs (say the curry) as a sauce to go with your chicken & veg.
