0.5 kg minced Beef
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
1 can tomatoes (240g)
1 small tomato (70g)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1.5-2 tsp chilli
1 chilli
salt, pepper
Chop the onion into small cubes and fry in the water. Add oregano, cumin, chili and chili peppers sliced (you have to remember to remove the seeds from the peppers!). Add meat and garlic and fry about 15 minutes stir from time to time. Then add the tomatoes and puree and season to taste. Cook for another 10-15min. Add diced peppers and cook for its softness. If the chili con carne has too much sauce, place over high heat and evaporate.
