I need to ask quickly... I have been on LL and we could freely drink unlimited ll water flavourings added to water... is this also ok on exante? as i read somewhere that we cant use as much of it on exante for some reason... thanks xxxx

Exante flavours are very high in carbs however you can drink lots of diff flavoured water I'm addicted to the tesco still strawberry!

Are the packs and bars high in carbs too??? im moving from Lighter Lifee you see....
