Need help with syns please

Hi, I am new to this site and would like to know if there are any syns in Asda chosen by you frozen parsnips. It says on the back of the pack there is 6% oil but i cannot find them in my food directory. Thanks

I can't find them online but any frozen ones seem to be 2 syns per 100g

Thanks Vanilla. The oh has just told me he has forgotten to put them in the oven anyway so i can have a yorkshire now. Also am i right in thinking it is still 10 syns per day.

You can have 15, it's between 5 - 15 syns a day

Vanilla, sorry for all the questions but would having lesser syns and not maxing them aid aid weight loss or doesnt it matter aslong as i dont exceed the 15 per day.

I personally would stick to 15 but it's entirely up to you
