Need help with syns!! :)

I've bought some Gallo Risotto boxes and can't seem to find the syn value anywhere.

I've got the tomato and ham, and chicken and mushroom.


Here is the info for them.


Tomato and ham:

Cals: 460
Protein: 13g
Carbs: 78g
Fat: 10g



Chicken & mushroom:

Cals: 524
Protein: 13g
Carbs: 94g
Fat: 10g

Assuming those nutritional values are for the whole packet (325g), and that it's free food allowance is 'rice', I calculated them to be the following:

Tomato and ham
4 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

Chicken and mushroom
3½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
