Hello all, I brought the exante products like 2 weeks ago and had been doing it with the working solution and have lost a stone. However my vacation is coming up soon and I need to loose more weight; therefore I have decided to give the total solution ago. I'm currently 13st 8 and would like to get down to 11st 5.
I had done the Cambridge liquid diet before and lost 3 stones and went from 15st to 12st, but I did not like the taste of their products. So hopeful I would be able to achieve my goal with exante, I will be very thankful if I could get some support and motivation from other users.
