Need some advice!

I am, or should I say I was with slimming world. I went off track 2 weeks ago due to having so much worry on my head, and now I'm finding if so hard to get back on track! I've got a 8 week gym pass waiting for me to go to and swimming etc, but I'm just finding it hard getting back in track! I really need to lose the weight aswell. Has anyone got any good advice please? Thanku in advance!
 
Also does anyone know if there's some sort of slimming patch you can buy to stop you from feeling hungry all the time? I'm willing to try absolutely anything to get back on track!
 
Could try talking to people about the things that sent you off track to begin with. That may ease some stress and make you feel better.
Also, try writing down all your reasons for wanting to get back into it, think about the goals you want to achieve.

And have a look through all the before/after photos on here, I always find that very motivating!

Hi MzCandy, How about starting a diary and making sure that you record all your food for the day plus the ones you shouldn't really be eating... :D .. and your thoughts and feelings so it will act as a good release from all that pent up tension and we can come a give you lots of encouragement (and have a nosey park at the same time!..lol!)..Seriously tho'...I have found it such a great help.
