NEED SYNS FOR DRAGON CURRY

Hi i am just new to this site and i was wondering if anyone knew the syns to Dragon curry. I live in Northern Ireland so i'm not sure if it is only available here or throughout UK. It can be bought in most shops here and it is like chinese curry. It is a paste that water is added to.

Any ideas will be great

i know the one she means its a power and you add water to mix it up i havnt agot a pack to go though the cal values though sorry

Hey i just saw replies there now. My sister found out that a quarter of the tub is 2.5 syns and i also saw someone else post on this site on their food diary that a quarter tub is 2.5 syns. They work out syns using the syns for curry paste from book. I don't care how its worked out just so long as I know lol
