Needs a recipe for my tea

Hi All.... I am on extra easy and Im looking for a recipe to make tonight

I dont have a whole lot in so Im not too sure what to make .. and I dont really want to use any syns

I have pasta, rice, instant plain mash, frozen veggies, eggs, bacon, spaghetti loops, tuna

hmm.. I may end up with instant mash and spaghetti loops haha but if you have any ideas I would be greatful of them!

What about tuna pasta bake Im sure there is some recipes on here if you have a gander.

If you have any tinned toms,pasta,tuna a bit of cheese if you can afford any syn wise or as a HEXA

I would have fried SW eggs and bacon with SW chips and fried tomatoes and mushrooms nom nom
