Nel's No Cheating Diary of Eating :)

Hi

I joined SW yesterday and hoping that by coming on here, I will pick up lots of useful tips, be inspired by others and keep myself on track. Hopefully if I post my diary and am going a bit wrong with anything, someone might give me a nudge!! :cross:

Anyway, just wanted to say hello and will post my diaries from yesterday and today in a sec...
 
Monday 12th March:

Breakfast: Beans, Mushroom, Egg, Tomato
Lunch: Ryvita (Healthy Extra), Dairylea (Healthy Extra), Tomatoes
Dinner: Mashed potato (no fat), Spring Onions, Dressing (1 Syn)
Drinks: Coffee (semi-skimmed milk from Healthy Extra)

Tuesday 13th March:

Breakfast: Cheesey Beans (Dairylea Light - Healthy Extra)
Snack: Apple, Grapes, Strawberry & Muller Lite Yoghurt
Lunch: Baked Potato, Salad, Cottage Cheese with Pineapple (Very Low Fat)
Dinner: Potato with grated cabbage, onion and carrot
Drinks: Coffee (semi-skimmed milk from Healthy Extra)

[+30 Minutes of Walking]

Enthusiasm still intact :)
 
Wednesday 14th March:

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg with Dairylea Light (Healthy Extra)
Lunch: Low fat cottage cheese with 3 Ryvita (Healthy Extra)
Dinner: Low Fat Chips with mushy peas and gravy (1/2 tbsp oil 3 Syns & Gravy 2 Syns)
Snack: Muller Light Yoghurt
Drinks: Coffee and Milk (Healthy Extra)

Thursday 15th March:

Breakfast: Bacon, Egg, Quorn Sausage, Mushrooms, Tomato
Lunch: Mackerel in mustard sauce (1 Syn) and Salad and Ryvita (Healthy Extra)
Dinner: Pork steak with Leeks and Carrots and Gravy (2 Syns)
Snack: Mullerlight yoghurt
Drinks: Water and Coffee with Milk (Healthy Extra)


All seems to be going ok so far!
