New but not new to calorie counting

Hi there I am new to this forum, I have just started calorie counting again! I have alot to lose 100lbs roughly! I lost 42lbs before I had my son. I have gained a little but not everything back. I can feel it creeping back on though. I have just booked a holiday in November, I am very nervous about going and Ideally like to make a dent by then.

I am also weighing every week at a slimming club to keep me back on track. Really interested in people with hints or tips or friends that are on the same road as me!
 
Hello and welcome! The best thing I can recommend in terms of the forum is to check out the WEMITTs sub-forum, as it's where folks with a lot of weight to lose congregate. You'll find it under Slimming Clubs, and it's down at the bottom of that section, I think. It's a very lively forum, full of friendly types who'll help you on your way! They have a challenge running where a load of them want to lose 50lbs by Christmas, so you may want to join in something like that? I've been going on there for inspiration for a couple of years now, and can recommend it. I've lost 122lbs so far calorie counting, and have found this forum a great source of motivation. :) xx
