New commers - weight loss

I am new to this site, although certainly not new to dieting. After reading a lot about the Dukan Diet, I decided to give it a go. He states this is the last diet to ever be on. Well, I am on day 5 and really the foods and weight loss. Of course, most diets work, it is choosing the one that works best for you.

In regard to exercise, do what you enjoy. If the answer is nothing, then perhaps start with walking the dogs or with a friend. I find the best workout for me is rock climbing or hiking, because I love both of them! If you're interested in no impact moves that really tightens the body, check out T-Tapp. There is a lovely 20-minute dvd that truly works. I am starting it back up again tomorrow when I hit my cruise phase.
