Hi
So i thought i'd start a new diary. After being unwell i have put around 3 stone on
and i am desperate to get it back off!
My starting weight is 12 stone 3 and i am aiming for 9 stone!
I am going to be calorie counting and using MFP
i will be eating around 1000-1200 calories. I really want to lose 2lbs per week but i dont know if this is doable. I plan on walking 2 hours per day as of next week to help me through.
Anyway here goes to a new me! I'm hoping this diary will help me stay on track
