Hi all,

New on this board, so thought I'd say hello! Been on Slimfast for a week, although not my first time I've used SF. Lost 3 stone on it about two years ago, but alas put 2 back on. So this time I'm more determined than ever to get down to my goal weight!!

Lost 7lbs in my first week, so a good start and ready to get going on the journey!
