Hi everyone
Just another quick question.
Can i carry over healthy extras? By this i mean if i make a big bowl of tuna pasta and save some for the next day, do i have to count the tuna as another healthy extra for that day or does it count as none because it was from the previous day? Does that make sense??? lol.
