Hi all I'm new to this website! Just joined I've done ww and slimming world before but decided to do SW at home as I have all the books, support and this website!
So any recommendations for breakfast I'm thinking poached eggs!
Poached eggs are greats- you can buy microwave egg cookers so can do them in around 45 secs in am - great when limited time in am - so quick. Total 100% Greek yoghurt (free) is great with fresh/frozen fruit and you can layer it up with your muesli HEX or weetabix. Tsp of honey us also only one syn. Muller light yogurts and fruit - some arev1-1.5 syns but most are free so do check. Bread from HEX with baked beans or you could make cinnamon toast with one fromage frais and fruit on the top. Of course if you have the I've can always do a cooked brekkie with all the scrummy free foods, omelettes, scrambled eggs - so much you can do . Enjoy and oops war nod peace lust
Hi Parky SW breakfasts are brilliant what i tend to have is an Activia 0% yog with grapes put in it yum, or i will have an Activia with an apple cut into segments and dipped in the yoghurt and of course theres always the full english what is your favourite so far?

I do like poached eggs and cooked breakfast when I'm not at work but at the moment I'm liking bran ales topped with strawberries and blueberries yummy! Decided to join properly this eve and go to the meetings was struggling to do it all in my own and needed the support of a group!
