New mugshot/pasta and sauce syns

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the new syns for mughosts/pasta and sauce, including the mugshot sensations? I am doing SW from home and am half tempted to carry on using the old syn allowance if they haven't changed much, as I don't eat them often, but if there are major differences then maybe I should syn them correctly!

When did they change? I'm only finding info from middle of last year, I have a load of these for emergencies at work and missed a syn change

They changed a good few months ago - thanks for the link craftermary! I do find it weird how they can change but it has never effected my weight loss before using the old syns! To be honest I may just continue to use the old syns, as it seemed to work for me!
