I started SW three weeks ago.
I've tried other diets in the past, along with my wife, but never really focused on them properly.
I've always been, "happy with my weight..." Whereas, truthfully, I've not.
I’ve just been a very lazy eater. I work nights in London, so I use the, “there’s nothing to eat during the night, except kebabs and bagels!” excuse.
17 months ago, my wife joined SW, and has lost 1lb short of 4st. She’s been so focused on it, and will wax lyrical to anyone who’ll listen about its virtues, to the point that she’s now (three weeks ago) became a Consultant.
So, you can now see why I started three weeks ago! Hahaha
I’m loving the Forum, and all its info.
