A couple of weeks ago I finally moved to a new city with my partner. It's been a bit of a drawn out process as these things usually are, but the flat's looking good and I'm starting to feel settled and getting used to my commute, and it's time to get back on the Slimming World wagon and back to food optimising properly. I'm still alcohol free (since 5th March 2014) which should make staying on track easier, but there is an abundance of excellent cafes and tea rooms here to tempt me!
Anyway - day one diary....

Exercise:
Cycling 40 mins
(planned to go to running club, but ready to drop after work)

2 Clementines / 2 bananas / 1 apple / cherry tomatoes / beetroot / cucumber / gerkins / cottage cheese / lean ham / Activia 0% / Mullerlight / 100g Lean beef mince / mushrooms / courgette / peppers / onions / tomatoes / wholegrain spaghetti / Diet coke / Black tea & coffee with sweetener
