New Start Today 24/04/13

Hello folks :)
Well here again after getting to 15 stone and five pounds ( better say here I am a bloke lol ) checked BMI and way over the top. Know its going to be hard for myself and other new starters and fingers crossed you great folk on here are going to be able to offer a helping hand ( I dont mean like that lol ) yes i can be a bit cheeky but it all helps I think.

Got myself shakes and bars so have decided to have a shake in the morning and last thing at night and the bar in work. I work 3pm to midnight Mon to Fri so my eating hours are not the norm so if anyone who works same sort of hours and has a few hints for me please message me. I dont drink or smoke so i cannot turn to them lol. Also have work mates who diss this sort of diet and dont help a great deal in my goal so again hope i can come here for a pick me up from time to time.

Well like they say in for a penny in for a pound

Anthony :)

Hey Anthony!!

Best of luck =) is this your second time?

I'm on my third TFR since 2009 and id say this is definately harder, but as you said it could be cus this time I've not got smokes to turn to as I quit 7 weeks ago.,, which made me gain well over a stone lol!

Ignore the work colleagues, some of mine are being judgemental aswell!!

Thanks ChellyWelly
2nd time and I did ok first time round , well for the first four weeks then i start to crumble and take a bit of chocolate and then a bit more. I have a mega sweet tooth but I have to do it this time round. 70% of my family are obese and dont want to go down that road. Its the health thing for all of us i think I am no model or ever will be or want to be just want to live a little longer then if i stayed the same and knowing me id put on more and more. In my work I have to be very mobile and must carry less.
Will ignore others and look forward to a weeks time and my first day on scales apart from today.
I think being able to write about it will help a great deal. The hardest part for me is the first three to four days but if i can get over that I will be fine.

Good luck Anthony. If you decide to take shakes into work, if anyone asks just tell them they're protein shakes, they're all the rage these days :)
