After another night in agony from too many carbs, I have decided I need to seriously cut them down, so I am back. So far I have had 3 slices of bacon and scrambled egg (made with 2 eggs and an egg white with baby bel). Planning to have chicken and ham salad for lunch with feta and a dollop of mayo. Dinner will be goats cheese burgers with cauliflower and mushrooms.
I am following high protein, low carb and therefore allowed up to 50g per day.
