After another night in agony from too many carbs, I have decided I need to seriously cut them down, so I am back. So far I have had 3 slices of bacon and scrambled egg (made with 2 eggs and an egg white with baby bel). Planning to have chicken and ham salad for lunch with feta and a dollop of mayo. Dinner will be goats cheese burgers with cauliflower and mushrooms.

I am following high protein, low carb and therefore allowed up to 50g per day.
 
Hello all:) Oh dear, I have messed up this morning:( Gave in to oats for brekkie, but I will eat very low carb for the rest of the day and hopefully pull it back. So annoyed with myself:(
 
Never mind, just put it behind you, it shouldn't make too much difference to your overall weight loss as it has happened ag the beginning of the journey...
 
Oh dear, oats were the problem last time if I remember? Throw them all out!

Throw them away. If they're not in the house you can't eat them.
 
I agree with ML, our resident wise owl, throw them out....
