Well I've just signed up for monthly pass online and am going to my first meeting tomorrow. I need to lose about 6 stone but would be happy with 4 will decide nearer the time. I've done slimming world before and tried again recently but being a nurse working 14 hour shifts with an hour each way travelling sometimes days then nights it just doesn't work. The syns aren't stretching then I beat myself up and go in a binge. Hoping weight watchers can keep me on the straight and Barrie as well as teach me portion control

Welcome! I love WW- i've been able to eat my treats, crisps, chocolate and meals out and still lose weight!
 
Thanks guys, just returned from my first meeting. Have to say very impressed so far and shocked at the pp of some of sw free foods

Any examples??? I guess every plan is different but works in its own way!!! X
 
mainly things like savoury rice and noodles which are 7 pp for half a pack but can be eaten freely on sw

Blimey that's shocking isn't it! I didn't get on with SW, my portion control was non existent lol. X
 
Oh yes I often found myself peckish and instead of making myself a snack I ended up with sw chips and beans or rice and curry sauce just because it was 'free' had a good first day in ww, have felt a little hungry at times but that's to be expected with the amount I was eating before. Even managed a ww cake in points.

Which Flavour did u go with? It does get easier, believe me. X
