Hi! Yes I am! I have 7 stone to lose and am completely motivated! I put on 5 stone with last baby and am determined to stick with diet and enjoy the results!! Good luck!

Thank you! First day almost done and actually not to bad so far! Managed the water intake no problems. Not felt too hungry and products were ok too. Lack of hunger may have been helped due to having slept most if the day as been on nights! Looking forward to hearing how every one gets on!
