New starter today!!!

Hello everyone,

It is lovely to see so much support on this site from everyone...

I am off to weigh myself at Boots so i have a start weight then i can amend my profile bits, my stuff only arrived this morning and just tucking into a bar which is not great (im sure it will get better)

Good luck all and well done on all the loses i have seen this morning....

I will get slim for my holiday in October...

Hope it all goes well for you The other half and me are both on day 6 now, and apart from feeling lousy today because I'm getting his cold, it hasn't been half as bad as I thought! I really did worry that I'd done the right thing when I bought the bumper pack - thinking I may not even last half a day, but I think we could actually make this the long term thing we need - maybe with a few low carb meals now and again to see us through the months ahead.

hi , I am on day 3 and my headaches are slightly better today , take regular paracetamol and drink lots and they will be gone by day 4-5
