I'm a new starter to Exante but not VLCD's. Been on Lipotrim but needed a change. I'm loving the Exante shakes and porridge. What are the soups like? Any good?
Hello and welcome i personally dont like the soups. I only have the shakes. But thats just me! I bought the shakes and one packet of each soup, just incase i didnt like them and ended up with 50!
