Hi All

This is my first day on Exante. I am looking to lose around 3 stone and so far so good. Only had 1 bar up to now but thinking of having a shake as I feel quite hungry.

How do you all usually space your shakes/bars out during the day?
 
I have 1st 8-8.30
2nd 12.30-1
3rd 5.30-6

With lots of water inbetween lol good luck im on day 4
 
Welcome :) - I have a shake (blitzed with some ice) at about 8am, then another one about 1pm and then try and nibble and stretch my bar out (washed down with a with a couple of coffees) from about 6:30 to 7:30pm.

I have a porridge sample, so may try that for brekkie tomorrow (ooooo, the excitement lol!!).

Hi I have my porridge around 10am shake at 2 and bar with a peppermint tea at 5.30. The evenings are the worst for me (today is my first day) so I hope to have plenty of peppermint tea in the evenings with an early night. Best of luck with this.
 
Thanks to everyone, just finished my last shake now, struggled a little today with hunger, but hopefully I can share them out better tomorrow.
 
I usually have a cold shake around 9am, then i have a half a bar around 1pm and the other half about 3-4pm and my last shake i usually have hot,
vanilla with coffee or choc with peppermint tea during the evening. I also sip water all day long and have black coffee's as well
