New SW'er

Hi all,
There doesn't seem to be a lot of of SW'ers here at the mo, but numbers just went up 1
I am going to rejoin SW tonight, as sold all my books on ebay last year .
I did the diet quite successfully before I fell pregnant with my first, but now, (after 4 in 5 years ) I really need to shift some weight.
In truth I want to try CD but still breastfeeding littlest, so probably not a good idea yet.
Looking forward to dropping the pounds with some new found pals,

Hey Mavis. I really want to do CD too, but like you not allowed yet (post-op recovery). I tried SW in January when I was told to come off CD in prep for op.... but found I was putting on weight... not sure what I was doing wrong? Good to hear it worked well for you before... I'm sure it will again! Any tips for others who don't find it so simple? Thanks

Just wanted to wish you good luck too! At least you are going back into the diet with your eyes wide open so it should make it easier. I can understand you wanting to do CD for fast results but at least you are doing what is best for you now.
