Ok so, new to all this and on my 2nd day of the 3 day trial. Just wondering if my day looks ok
Yesterday:
Breakfast -vanilla shake with soya milk
Snack- danio strawberry yoghurt
Lunch - vanilla shake with soya milk
Snack - almond nuts
Dinner - chicken breast with peri-peri spice, mixed peppers & sweetcorn and roasted sweet potato
Snack - an apple and some strawberries
3 litres of water
Today
Breakfast - vanilla shake with soya milk
Snack - an apple and 2 slices of deli ham
Lunch - vanilla shake with soya milk
Snack - fresh pineapple chunks & chicken breast with peri-peri spice
Dinner - garlic chicken breast with sweetcorn, sweet potato and a tiny bit of coleslaw.

Any help or advice would be appreciated
