Hey everyone I thought I would just say hello, I have been a member of minimins for a while now but been through weight watchers discover diet, the pro points one and slimming world and haven't really got anywhere. I bought the Dukan Diet book a couple of weeks ago now, and started on 24th July. I lost 4lbs in 6 days on the attack diet which I was very happy with and have now been doing cruise stage for 5 days. I am actually really enjoying it and not finding it difficult at all as I haven't been feeling hungry at all. I am so happy that there is a Dukan section for this site and have found some of your posts very helpful. I only get weighed once a week so am very excited to see what I will weigh on Saturday after my first week of cruise
