New to Exante

Hello i have tried every diet in the book to lose weight since having my daughter two years ago and found i tended to eat more because i felt i couldnt i have no will power when it comes to making my own food and calorie control so when i found Exante i didnt hesitate to buy a Bumper pack it arrived last week and i started this morning.

Any tips on which is the best way to use this, i thought of having a Bar for breakfast this are so nice, and a shake for Lunch and a Soup for dinner. i already have my 3 litre bottle of water which i plan on drinking daily as a rule.

Any advise and tip would be great i really hope i can stick to this reading all reviews people have made great progress and i hope to do the same.

To be honest, the best way is whatever way suits you. It's not an easy diet but it's totally do-able, if you make it work for you. Personally, I know that if I eat too early, I'll just feel like eating the rest of the day so I wait and have a bar at lunch time if I'm at school (I'm a teacher), a soup for dinner and a shake in the evening, or something like that anyway. At the weekends I'll have a porridge for my first meal, whenever I end up feeling like it, then a soup for dinner and a bar in the evening as a snacky thing. I'm only on day 2 but I've done something similar before and been thinking about how best to do it that suits me and think that's it. So yeah, just work out what works best for you really.
